Help me connect with Dave's family. I live in a small town in Utah. Over the Independence Day weekend, July 2-5th, a local group set up a tribute to the fallen heroes of the Coalition Forces who have fought for freedom. There were over 1,000 flags placed at Soldier's Field. Each had a ribbon with the name of one fallen soldier. Looking throught the many rows, I found 1 flag of the Netherlands, the homeland of my father and his family. The ribbon bore the name Dave Steensma. At the end of the weekend, the flags were sold to raise money towards a Veteran's Memorial. I pruchased Dave's flag with the hopes of sending it to his family.
